Overview of Ultra-High Flexibility Double-Sided Flexible Printed Circuit Board for Aerial Imaging
Product Definition:
Aerial imaging is achieved by oscillating LEDs at approximately 24 frames per second, leveraging the persistence of vision effect to form predetermined patterns and images. With the integration of specialized software algorithms, human-machine interaction can be realized.
The LEDs are mounted on a flexible printed circuit board. Due to the extremely high oscillation frequency, the FPC must exhibit exceptional flexibility, with a bending lifespan exceeding 7 million cycles.
SUNSHINE GOOD Electronics can provide customers with raw material and finished-product bending life testing, and also offers FPCBA product OEM services.
