Drilling completed in three stages → electroless/electroplated copper → image transfer (dimensional change/expansion-contraction control) → coverlay with strict dimensional-change control → segmented press bonding (with attention to lamination temperature and time) → immersion gold → segmented screen printing → segmented laser profiling → packing and warehousing
