FPC-CCS Integrated Busbar Circuit – Product Overview
Product Definition
The FPC-CCS integrated busbar is a specialized electronic component composed of signal acquisition components (such as FPC, PCB, FFC, etc.), plastic structural parts, and copper/aluminum busbars. It integrates the conductive busbars and control circuits (voltage and temperature acquisition) within a battery module into a single module, enabling high-voltage series-parallel connection of cells, cell temperature sampling, cell voltage sampling, and overcurrent fusing. It delivers temperature and voltage signals to the BMS system via the FPC/PCB and connector assembly, forming part of the BMS system. In addition, the FPC-CCS integrated busbar features a thin, lightweight structure and high integration, helping to improve battery pack space utilization and assembly efficiency, in line with trends toward vehicle lightweighting, component system integration, and larger module designs.
